I thought I'd take a closer look at the famous "l'elephant"...
I kicked up my heels as I swung on the trunk!
And felt very "Satine" as I reclined in the upper inner boudoir...
And stood in the upper cupola balcony overlooking the trademark windmill. I had a great time!

I also got a notice about a Madcow Cosmos exhibit at the AngelGate Gallery in Pinta. I thought I'd go because Madcow is one of my favorite SL artists. His sculptures are these amazing, epic pieces that you have to see to believe. This one is entitled "Ironheart"
"Cancer's Revenge"
"Hermit Chariot"
...and "BigSmall Battle". Go see it now as the exhibit will be ending soon!
My what large teeth you have?
Elle...Elle L.?
I like 'em tall, dark and...handsome ya big ape!
Otenth was laughing as the top of this dalek soon exploded, giving new meaning to the term "hot seat".
I haven't really been myself lately...I feel I've gotten away from a lot of the things I really enjoyed about SL and the things that made me happy within it. I've been doing more of that lately...getting out and seeing exhibits and unusual things and builds again. I also used to love to swim and windsurf, so I thought I'd take a swim in the lake at my home Vista del Mar.
I should spend more time here than I do...
We even had a full moon...
Afterwards, Dia visited me at Vista, where I have almost completed my gardens that have been a months-long work in progress. You can see the artworks by Zero Ball behind the vineyard and behind me. I can't wait for Newbe to create my Vista del Mar wine casks and bottles!
Here's Dia posing. I'm really happy with the gardens. It's a place of peace for me there...
While there I met a woman who promotes the Second Museum of Venice, who gave me a LM to the sim...
I headed over to check it out and enjoyed wandering the bridges and canals and narrow streets...
After he attended Zen's handfasting, Newbe tp'd over and joined me to see the sights...
Venice is a very pretty Italian sim that's worth the visit for the feel alone...
Some of his pieces are meant to be stepped inside of and viewed through mouselook, such as this one--"Universal Core"--which he gifted me with...
Or this one, "Light of My Life". They were both so beautiful. I have placed "Universal Core" at the top of my waterfalls and his actual free piece, "Object With No Name," in my vineyard at my home Vista del Mar.
Later, I went to Steelhead for their Neko Night party. This is what I looked like before I crashed as I had been exploring. Yeah, that's whisky, dynamite and a Colt. Never know what you might find out there...
Many of his friends and colleagues from SL's various geisha okiyas and tea houses stopped through...
There were performances and prizes given out. I won two for answering the following questions correctly: "Name the 4 main stages of a geisha's training" (shikomi, minarai, maiko, geisha) and "What was the given name of the first Shogun of the Tokugawa era" (Ieyasu). It was very nice and the performances were lovely.
