The Tracer, head of the SL School of Architecture (SLSA), had the grand opening of his new Gehry-inspired build tonight, inspired by RL architect Frank Gehry and his
Stata Building at MIT and the
Guggenheim Bilbao.

The Tracer (onstage), took a minute to talk to the assembled group of RL & SL architects and architecture aficionados about the build. Its original structure is 950 prims (and is still part of it), but the entire build tops out at 3750.

The build's usage is still being determined, so its open spaces haven't had their purposes determined...

He said he was also inspired by SL architect Scope Cleaver's use of interior and exterior walkways...

If you are a fan of architecture, RL or SL, you should go visit Architecture Island to see this for yourself!
