Cruising on the Winterfell Ferry
I haven't spent much time in the sim of Winterfell in many years now, so when my old Caledonian friend Tele offered to take a ride with me on Winterfell's ferry, I gladly accepted!
There are points throughout the sims that you can rez a ferry and the whole trip takes about a half hour...
Winterfell has a dreamy medieval fantasy look to it and really is beautiful. That is quite a portal we are about to go through...

Tossin' Cabers in Raglan Shire!
There is always something fun going on in Raglan. I was center right square on "Tinywood Squares"...
...But what I had been practicing for was the caber toss. All those years of doing it in Caledon paid off, although as a tiny those cabers looked bigger than ever...
...But I won 1st place!! My fellow contestants Bloodsong Termagant (rt, 2nd place) and Ami Temura (left, 3rd place) did a great job too!

Tiny Fun at the Raglan Shire Medieval Festival
I love the Raglan Medieval Festival. Now in its third year, it is a celebration of all things tiny and medieval and fun. There was much fainting, waving of foam fingers and tossing of waffles onstage during a performance from Raglan's very own cover rock band, the Fuzznutz...
Live musician Gina Stella then performed for us, with Anek Fuchs keeping her company onstage. Her performance of "Wafflelujah" really brought down the house...
Tinies were in the stocks. Freeing them helped go towards an animal charity...
We all lined up at soothsayer Clowey Greenwood's tent, nervously awaiting our turn...
I held out my paw and was told that I needed to write more so that others could read my work, and that although being a fluffytail was my true self, I struggled with wanting to be biggie. I was given a "Don't Be A Biggie-Sicle" to combat that and sent on my way...

Mont St Michel in SL
I have been very busy and haven't been doing one of my true loves in SL: exploring. Tonight, I thought I'd go and visit the re-creation of Normandy, France's medieval Mont St Michel finally...
I made my way upwards, past the charming buildings of the island's village, which contain shops...
I was chatting with Lunar via IM. "Isn't that the one with the parking lot?" he said. "Parking lot? Do you have the right window?" I asked him--thinking all of that building had finally gotten to him, and then I turned around and saw it...
I wound my way through twists and turns and corridors and made it to a courtyard at the very top, where upon entering a doorway...
I found a beautiful and well-built Norman chapel inside...
I took a break on a bench among the trees on one of the lower levels upon my descent. If you'd like to visit yourself, click HERE.

Raglan Medieval Festival: Jousting Glory!
Today was the highlight event of the Raglan Shire Medieval Festival: the tiny jousting tournament...
The prizes at stake? 1000L, a trophy, a golden-armored horse from Lilliput and fame and glory!
I filled in one of the 32 slots and donned my armor. My demon horse was chomping at the bit. Fox came at me on his unicorn and I knocked him. Then, a draw. Then I was knocked off twice! Nuuuu! My dreams of jousting glory were dashed...
Even King Awor took off his finery in the face of such lag. Hie squire, 1wuz, seemed to come pre-bandaged...
It came down to hatchling Eren Padar and elephant Summer Seale, with Eren taking it all. To Raglan!

Storming the Castle...Kind Of...
I thought I'd explore some medieval sims since I was looking like one and came upon this castle kitchen in an Italian medieval sim. Churned some butter, kneaded some dough, then decided I was too finely dressed to be doing something like that! What was I thinking?I then found myself in another sim, where--despite the obvious medieval look of it--I was approached by a woman barely dressed in a bikini, who proceeds to ask me if there was sex there. In Spanish no less. So, I replied back, in Spanish, that a) It's a medieval sim and b) No sex there. She told me that I was beautiful, thanked me, and moved on. Never a dull moment in my explorations, that's for certain.

Cutest Thing EVAH...A Tinies Wedding!
I had the pleasure of attending a wedding in Raglan today! Legolas Caewlin and Blodwynna Smalls are a couple in RL who will be getting married next month...
They decided to share the fun and their joy by inviting the tiny community to a medieval-style ceremony in Raglan!
The ceremony was so sweet and here they are with their wedding cake!
At the reception, we tinies got our groove on with medieval dances made just for the occasion by Peaches and Apollo! The tiny community is fun-loving and accepting of tinies (and biggies) of all shapes and species! I had a really good time. Thanks for sharing this with us Legolas and Blodwynna!

Raglan Medieval Festival: Ye Tinies of Olde
This weekend was the kickoff of the Raglan Medieval Festival, which will be taking place until Sept. 28. We shakethed our tiny booties at the ball in the castle...
I got lost and hungry in the maze. I found a friend who offered to share his food. I shared my waffle in return...
When I finally made it out, we set up my catapult next to it. King Awor of Blabbermouth made a scriptie thingy that rezzes tiny-friendly poseballs to sit on and be flung across the sim. Zayn didn't...quite...make...it.
Here you may see King Awor's finery a bit better...
As well as that of Raglan's head, the knight/scoundrel/scourge Zayn Till, with his waffle on a stick. Everything tastes better on a stick!

In the Gorean World w/Tele
As you all know, my good friend Tele enjoys RPing in Gor. The "camaraderie and sparring" he says. You also know what I think about Gorean culture, so no need to rehash it here. So when Tele offered to give me a tour of Torvic Pass, I thought "Screw it. Why not?" After a boat ride in, we arrived at the forbidding gate and Tele shouted up for it to be opened...
One thing I do know though, is that you will find great creators and like Torvaldsland, I thought the village was really pretty...
The Pass needed to be reset so we were at the Inlet for a moment. While there, everyone was very hospitable to me. It was actually a beautiful place. One person's RP may not be another's choice, but that's what makes SL special--being able to have that choice in the first place.

A Visit to Aglarond
I love when others show me their favorite places inworld. Tonight, Lunar gave me a tour of one of his, Aglarond, a medieval fantasy sim. He was in his demon-like blood elf form, which is pretty spectacular with the armor and silver horns and the wings and *sighs*.
Me? Just my human self tonight, and at one point while exploring he told me to look up and see something I might like. He was right...
